Manager of Construction Services

Wayne started with Invistec as a Project Coordinator in 2013, after having completed his education in Business Management from MacEwan University. Wayne coordinated Invistec’s on-site field operations for two years before heading back to school at NAIT in the Civil Engineering Technology program. Today, as Invistec’s Manager of Construction Services, Wayne is responsible for the implementation of Invistec’s wide range of projects; including organizing and guiding each project’s field teams throughout the entirety of the construction program to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects for clients.

Armed with both a high volume of field experience, as well as a working knowledge of design, Wayne has a unique ability to anticipate issues on-site and make adjustments as necessary. Wayne enjoys playing both tennis and badminton, and much like in those sports that require a large amount of improvisation depending on the technique of the opponent, Wayne is able to quickly and effectively manage complex field programs no matter the client, municipality or contractor.

A firm believer that teamwork makes dream work, Wayne prides himself on his ability to cultivate a team-like environment for all projects to ensure every member of that team is working towards the same goal. The strong team mentality is what Wayne believes makes Invistec successful.
