Situated along Fort Road, Station Pointe Village is located in northeast Edmonton within the Belvedere neighbourhood and the Fort Road Business Improvement area. This mixed-use/commercial subdivision was being developed by the City of Edmonton with Invistec retained as the engineering consultant for hardscape elements and amenities, lot grading, drainage, retaining wall along the CN Rail line, and other existing infrastructure. Detailed site design for this project included a landscape corridor, a concrete boulevard and trail, plazas, and the Village Square.
