Canada's largest retail power centre, with over 300 acres of commercial and retail space, requires innovative design to ensure the successful integration of over 210,000 m2 of floor area into a thoughtful and connected roadway network. An ever-changing site due to the desirability of retail space in this area, balancing the needs of individual retailers with City of Edmonton requirements is challenging and takes forward thought and consideration of current and future growth.
