Signature at Erin Ridge
A 2.3ha site in northern St. Albert was successfully rezoned to a lower density land use designation to better fit within the existing single-family neighbourhood context. The parcel is designed with 42 duplex units, each with a private double-car garage, back yard and access to multiple amenity spaces on-site. Invistec successfully provided alternative designs to both the accesses and underground services to standard procedures in St. Albert as a result of site constraints and innovative thinking.
