Located in southwest Beaumont, this 0.45 ha site is within Beaumont's original “Town” limits, bounded by exiting Range Road 243 to the west, 35 Avenue to the south, and 66 Street to the East. This development incorporates both single-family and duplex homes all with double attached garages. This development integrates the existing Montrose subdivision charm and Beaumont flair, with close proximity to schools, parks sites, walkable storm ponds, and commercial establishments. Invistec partnered with Delta Valley to complete the rough grading for the site as seen on the images.
