A 62 unit townhouse development in Beaumont features a non-traditional housing typology and design that provides a style not currently found in Beaumont, with all units fronting onto amenity spaces rather than the roadway network. Working extensively with Town administration and Council to educate on the unique housing style was necessary to ensure the success of the project.
