Horace Allen School's intent was to redesign & rebuild its school park & playground due to the site being dated and lacking variety in play and discovery for the students. Invistec's goal was to create a functional space for both instruction & play that fit within the context of the town's mining history and incorporated elements of natural play. The park design was inspired by the local geography, with a topographical transition from the mountainous region to the prairies region. This project is ongoing with anticipated construction beginning in the Summer of 2020.
