Grove on 17 is a Direct Control development located within the neighbourhood of Tamarack in southeast Edmonton and is accessible by major transportation corridor Whitemud Drive. Grove on 17 is approximately 4 ha and will provide Tamarack residents and the greater southeast Edmonton area opportunities for entertainment. This includes the Landmark Cinemas theatre with eight theatre auditoriums, various commercial services, as well as boutique food services. Grove on 17 is being planned and designed with quality material in mind, which will further accentuate its overall appearance and attractiveness. With pedestrian connectivity also heavily factored into the planning portion, this Plan Area allows for easy site navigability and pedestrian linkages for local users.
